Personal data processing policy

Draft 0.1 · Pending approval

Draft document, pending legal review. It does not yet represent a contractual commitment, and the controller's identification details are still to be completed.

This policy explains which personal data RocA Intelligence collects through this site, what we use it for, who we share it with, and how you can exercise your rights over it.

1. Data controller

Controller: RocA Intelligence — [legal entity to be confirmed].

Tax ID: [to be confirmed]. Registered address: [to be confirmed].

Privacy contact: [email protected]

2. Data we collect

We only collect what you send us through the form, plus the minimum technical context of that same request:

  • Your email address.
  • The free-text question you choose to share, if any.
  • The language you were browsing in.
  • Your browser identifier (user agent) and the page you came from (referer).

3. Purposes

We do not sell, rent, or share your data for third-party advertising.

  • Notify you when early access opens.
  • Reply to and follow up on the question you sent us.
  • Understand, in aggregate and anonymously, how the site is used, in order to improve it.

4. Consent

By submitting the form you expressly consent to the processing described here. The note next to the email field tells you so before you submit.

You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to [email protected].

5. Processors and international transfers

We rely on third parties that may process your data outside Colombia:

  • Web3Forms: processes the form submission and forwards it by email. It does not keep a database we can query.
  • The email provider of the destination inbox, where the message lands.
  • Cloudflare: content delivery network and cookieless aggregate analytics.
  • DigitalOcean: hosting for the static site.

6. Retention

We keep your email and your question for up to 24 months after our last contact, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first.

7. Your rights

You may access, update, rectify, and delete your data, and withdraw your consent.

To do so, write to [email protected]. We answer queries within 10 business days and complaints within 15 business days, per Colombian Law 1581 of 2012.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Analytics are aggregate and carry no persistent identifiers, which is why you will not see a consent banner.

Your browser may receive the technical cookie “__cf_bm”, which Cloudflare uses to tell automated traffic apart and which is exempt from consent.

We store your language preference in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change it, we will update the effective date and version shown at the top of this page.
